Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications depending on the post applied:

  • NTC / NAC / STC certificate in relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT
  • Class 10th pass with relevant work experience for specific posts
  • Heavy vehicle driving licence required for Operator MHE post

Candidates who appeared for HVF trade tests between July 2025 and December 2025 are not eligible.

    • OBC (NCL): 3 Years
    • PwBD: Up to 10 Years

Heavy Vehicles Factory Junior Technician Recruitment 2026 – Salary and Benefits

Selected Junior Technicians will receive the following remuneration:

  • Basic Pay: Rs. 21,000 per month
  • Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA)
  • Special Allowance: 5% of Basic Pay
  • Annual Increment: 3% (on successful completion of tenure)
  • Additional Benefits:
    • Rs. 3,000 per month for medical, insurance, conveyance, etc.
    • EPF as per statutory rules
