Educational Qualification – Uttarakhand High Court PA Recruitment 2025
Candidates must fulfill the following educational qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in India
- English Shorthand speed: 100 words per minute
- English Typing speed: 40 words per minute
- Preference will be given to candidates having Hindi shorthand & typing knowledge
- Basic knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
