Job Profile – Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager will work closely with the CEO-DIBD and States Head to manage State and Government portfolios. The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge between BHASHINI and state/central government stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading State & Government portfolios within the Division
- Building strong relationships with State Governments and Central Agencies
- Representing BHASHINI in state-level meetings, events, and forums
- Identifying and onboarding government partners
- Leading sales efforts for large-value IT solutions
- Preparing and presenting technical proposals for government projects
- Customizing strategies based on regional language and administrative processes
- Planning state-level hackathons, innovation challenges, and conferences
- Executing policy-level project sprints aligned with milestones
- Designing efficient workflows and monitoring performance
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for state partners
- Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders
- Managing long-term complex projects
- Traveling extensively to ensure project implementation

Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the following essential requirements:
- Full-time B.S./B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree
- OR B.Sc. (IT/CS) with Post Graduation in Technical Background
- MBA / M.Tech (Preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales or consulting
- Experience in preparing technical proposals for Central or State Government projects
- Exposure to startup environment preferred
- Experience in handling policy-level execution of innovation sprints advantageous
